When my younger brother, Andrew Barrett, moved up to Boston to train in Mixed Martial Arts full-time at the prestigious Sityodtong Gym, we knew we wanted to support him somehow. After all, learning to punch people in the face costs money, and Andrew was abandoning his home, school, and job to follow that dream.
Looking around, I also quickly realized that I hate the vast majority of MMA clothing. That shit is just awful. I’m sorry, but all-over prints plastered with shitty Photoshop “Grunge” brushes is not a good design choice.
And so we developed the ENEMIES LIST PHYSICKAL VIOLENCE MINISTRY. Our goals are to support Andrew in his quest to become a professional fighter and to make non-stupid clothing for non-stupid people who enjoy martial arts.
